There are tons of intricate and simple drawing apps available in the App store and I’ve tried a couple of them. But when Paper by FiftyThree made its debut it was an instant hit. Its popularity has died down a bit on social networking sites like Twitter but it still remains a favorite in my book.
What Paper by FiftyThree offers iPad users:
- A free app
- Simplicity
- The on screen “paper” aspect of this app truly feels as if you are drawing on tangible paper
- Basic colors
- One free drawing pen but offers four other styles of pen for a price of $1.99
- Slick hand gestures, for example: pinching in and out to close notebooks
- Several notebooks with ability to alter cover photo
- Works best with stylus pen
- Sharing options to Tumblr, Facebook, and Twitter
This app makes even the worst artist’s drawing look fantastic. It has something to do with the strokes and movements that Paper allow you to work with. With this app you can quickly take notes or if you are a serious artist then Paper is the right drawing app for you. It’s beautiful and definitely worth the download.
