Manchester Tennessee is home to the one and only Bonnaroo from June 7-10, 2012. According to Bonnaroo’s website, it’s one of the biggest events around, it hosts 150 performances, comedians, art, and an opportunity to be with your friends.
Multiple activities took place at Bonnaroo this year, ranging from The Academy, Bonnaroo Cinema, Bonnaroo Comedy Theatre, to the Fuse Barn.
According to the site, The Academy offered “a full day of interactive arts experiences with workshops in art, theatre, percussion, break dancing, instrument building, and gardening.”
The website said, “Highlights include live in-person presentations of new films by Dax Shepard & Kristen Bell (Hit and Run), Bobcat Goldthwait (God Bless America) and Matt Besser (Freak Dance),” when talking about the Bonnaroo Cinema, and many more.
The Bonnaroo Comedy Theatre had a line up of comedians like Colin Hay, Garfunkle & Oats, Amy Schumer, Pete Holmes, Rory Scovel, Mike O’Connell, and many more.
Bonnaroo’s website encourages people to spread the word about the show. The site says, “Bonnaroo isn’t just a show. It’s a vibe, a spirit, a way. And when you spread the gospel, you multiply the Bonnaroo community and help others slip into the groove. Go forth and recruit other inspiration-seekers who might bring something cool to our amazing little world.”
