Travel the world once again with everyone’s favorite zoo animals! In Dreamworks’ newest Release, Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted, Alex, Marty, Gloria, Melman, and the gang take a wild trip from Africa back home to New York. They head up a circus act to hide from a crazed animal collector who relentlessly seeks Alex’s head (quite literally!) This movie is funny, very feel-good, vibrantly colored, and I was drawn in right from the beginning. Being the climactic film of the series, it brings the whole saga right back home quite well too. It’s one to see again and again and a great family film! Although I noticed at least one piece of dialogue near the end that could be concerning for the guardians of young viewers. Russian language and heritage are taken advantage of as the tiger expresses distain for a troubling situation. The reference is quite obvious. Other than that, the show goes on with much entertainment and runs about as long as the other movies—action and fun packed into an hour and twenty minutes. From Africa to America, Madagascar 3 is the best of the bunch!
